Concise answers about Title 24 energy compliance and how we work.
What is a Title 24 report?
A Title 24 report is the energy compliance documentation that shows a California building design meets the Energy Code (Title 24, Part 6). It is prepared from your plans, usually with CEC-approved modeling software, and submitted with the building permit application.

Generally for new conditioned buildings, additions, and alterations that affect the envelope or energy-using systems. Your building department decides the exact documentation it accepts.
