The service
Title24 Report prepares Title 24, Part 6 energy compliance documentation based on information and plans you provide. We are an independent private service and are not affiliated with the California Energy Commission or any government agency.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete plans and project information.
- Review the documents for consistency with your final design before submittal.
- Ensure construction matches the documented design and that required field verifications are performed.
No guarantee of approval
Permit approval is decided solely by the authority having jurisdiction. We do not guarantee that a building department will approve a submittal. We include 2 rounds of revisions to respond to plan-check comments about our documents.
Turnaround
Turnaround times are estimates that begin once we receive complete information. Rush delivery is subject to availability.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown before checkout and charged through Stripe. Design changes after work begins may require an additional fee, which we will quote before proceeding.
